The salient features of the machine are listed below :

Six models ranging from 12 trays to 192 trays.
Standard models designed for use up to 250 degree centigrade.
External framework made of 10SWG mild steel plate. Interior as well as exterior covered with heavy gauge CRCS sheet. Resin-fitted, special quality glass wool heat insulators provided in between spaces. Safety guards fitted for fan blades and heaters. The interior is painted with heat-resistant aluminum paint, while the exterior is spray painted with silver grey glossy paint.
Model-wise, doors are provided with smooth moving hinges, latches and sealing gasket.
Well balanced large propeller type fan(s), fitted inside the chamber with suitable shaft and dual bearings with electrical motor(s) drives.
Strip heaters are fitted inside the chamber for maximum heat transfer.
Necessary contractor assembly, on/off switch, electronic controller with indicating meter, neon lamps, operating push buttons are incorporated in the control box. Timer, fitted with automatic alarm and switch-off controls, is provided for fail safe operations.
Adjustable Exhaust Damper provided with an arrangement for filtration in the air inlet.

Optional

Trolleys and trays are tailor-made to customer's requirements. Thermograph, to record temperature, supplied as an optional accessory.
