The Apna Group has in the recent also ventured into facilitation
of trading across oceans and continents, handling the movement
of a plethora of commodities
The Apna Group
having begun operations in September 1979, has in the last
25 years grown to a number of divisions, each catering to
a different need, but all maintaining a level of interdependency
- which is a vital part of the group's strength. However,
may it also go on record that the Apna Group is also one of
the oldest and most successful trading companies in the continent.
Both - collectively and severally, the member companies have
all made their contributions towards the Group's repute in
international trade - donning different roles, from that of
a facilitator, to storer, to forwarder, to shipper and nearly
all that translates into import and export.
Its existence as a trading house has created a buzzing web
of connections across continents - be it moving corn from
Nebraska in the US to points in Africa, or importing cotton
from Africa to Indian markets, or moving stocks of rice from
South-East Asia across to Europe and the Americas. Given its
vast experience in international trade, the Group is more than
capable of handling trade in most everything ranging from
heavy machinery to software, from iron and steel to cotton
and food grains.
