Roasting Machine

These are oil roasting machines which are used to do the value addition to the processed cashew kernel. The size of these roasting machines varies but a nominal and average machine has an oil capacity of about 25 liters. The machine is provided with a basket to hold the kernels. The machine is of electrical heater type provided with temperature controller and a digital display. The outside body is of mild steel construction and the insides are of stainless steel 304 grade construction. Optional include a timer circuit with contactors and digital thermo-controllers in place of thermostats.
